Before participating in a match, it is the responsibility of each player to read and fully comprehend all rules and guidelines to ensure that they play the game properly.

Once a player reports the result, the other player has 4 hours to confirm or dispute the outcome. If no result is reported within four hours of accepting the match, the game will be considered lost.

To ensure a valid match, the platform IDs listed in the match and those registered in their profiles must be used. If the match is played, lost, and then disputed using different platform IDs, the dispute will not be considered.

1. Determination of Results

To ensure an accurate and fair judgment for all disputes, we strongly recommend recording all match results using screen recording. This way, you can confirm your victory in case of any doubts. It is mandatory to provide a screenshot of your victory when requested during the process of resolving the dispute.

If a player violates a rule during the match, the player who broke the rule will lose the match.

ATTENTION: Submitting false or fabricated results will result in financial penalties, including the possibility of having the entire account suspended!

2. General

The use of gSports Online UG's services requires agreeing to the currently valid terms and conditions (AGB) of gSports. These terms and conditions hold exclusive authority, and the user agrees to them by registering. Even in versions of the terms and conditions that are not written in German, the legal significance of the words in German language prevails, even if they may be understood differently in other legal systems.

If gSports Online needs to make changes to the terms and conditions (AGB), it reserves the right to do so at any time. The modified terms and conditions will be sent to users via email at least six weeks before they come into effect. If a user does not agree with the changes, they have a special right of termination within four weeks from the notification of the adjustments, which they must exercise in writing. If the user does not exercise the special right of termination, the changes will automatically become part of the contract at the time they take effect. The user will be informed about this in the notification.

3. Formation of the Contract

The user must have reached the age of 18.

Access to use of gsports-online-service requires registration.

By registering, the user acknowledges the current terms and conditions. A contractual relationship is formed betweengsports-online and the registered user, which is governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions (AGB).

4. Registration

Registration is necessary to use gSports Online, and all users must be of legal age. The registration is free of charge, and there are no registration fees.

It is not allowed to register multiple times on gSports Online or maintain multiple member accounts. Member accounts are not transferable. The user must use the input form provided for registration and validation and provide complete, truthful, and up-to-date information.

When choosing a player name, it must not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate good morals. The user is responsible for exercising all due diligence during registration. The user indemnifies gSports Online from all claims by third parties arising from a culpable breach of these due diligence obligations, including the costs of legal defense for gSports Online.

5. Game Participation

Users are responsible for ensuring that their hardware, software, and internet connection are up-to-date and suitable for using the games. gSports Online does not assume responsibility for the functionality of the media used for the games, as well as any associated costs.

It is possible that maintenance work may be carried out to ensure the security, integrity, and performance of the servers. Whenever possible, these maintenance times will be announced to the users in advance.

gSports Online has the right to withhold the funds on the account and/or deactivate the account if there is justified reason to believe that the user has multiple active accounts on gSports Online, the provided names and other details do not match the information on the credit, PayPal, or other payment accounts, incorrect or misleading information has been provided, requested identification documents have not been submitted, the user is not of legal age (18 years old), gSports Online's product offering is being used from a country where the offered services are legally prohibited, funds originate from criminal, illegal, or unauthorized activities, the user engages in fraud, attempts to defraud, or has defrauded someone, the user utilizes a system designed or capable of cheating the user application or software, or the user conspires with other users to defraud gSports Online or other users or has allowed a third party to use the account.

gSports Online clarifies that the game titles and platforms displayed on its platform must have been legally acquired by the user. gSports Online does not possess any rights to the contents of these games. In the event of failures or defects in the game titles, consoles, or platforms, gSports Online does not assume any liability for such issues.

The prize money for the match is formed by taking the users' stakes and deducting the match fees. gSports Online retains the match fee, which is 5% of the respective stakes. It is automatically deducted from the stake. If a player wins the match, the prize money will be credited to their virtual account balance.

6. Deposits/Withdrawals

Once the user has successfully registered, they have the option to validate their identity and then proceed to top up their virtual account balance. The top-up can be done through a payment system approved by gSports Online, such as Paypal, credit card, and so on. gSports Online may set specific maximum and minimum amounts for top-ups. It should be noted that no interest is earned on the money in the administrative account.

If the user's account balance is at least EUR 50.00, they have the option to request a withdrawal of the funds. However, certain conditions must be met for this to be possible. The user must have successfully undergone an identity verification process and also completed a transaction beforehand. To conduct the identity verification, the user is required to submit a copy of their identity proof (ID card, passport), among other documents.

Each user can only initiate one withdrawal at a time. They must wait until the previous withdrawal is completed before making another request.
